Mya ran a bunch of errands with mommy and then hit the road with mommy and daddy for her first trip to New York. She made it the whole way to Queens before she started getting hungry. Mya also got to have dinner and spend the night at Tapan’s house, which was also her first night sleeping outside of the house (minus the hospital.)
Mya slept for 5 hours straight last night!!
Mya, Scott and Kristin spent their first weekend together as a family. A lot of errands, housework and relaxation was a change back to normalcy for the family.
Mya went out for sushi lunch with Grandma & Grandpa Glatfelter today.
She also received the most adorable jacket ever from Shell!
Today was an impressive day for Mya. She had her first smile, while she was awake, with mommy.
Later, Kristin and Scott got to witness the first time she ever peed in her little potty. The Diaper-Free Baby recommends parents to start training your baby very early on, that there are alternatives to using the diaper, and to practice using a training potty at times when your baby shows you natural signs of needing to go (just as natural signs show you when a baby is hungry.)
Mya is also scheduled to get her pictures taken on Saturday, so she and Kristin were testing out possible outfits and accessories.
Mya relaxed with mommy, daddy and Laur for the weekend. They ran some errands, but mostly hung out at the house.
Today Mya took a trip to visit Daddy at his work today. Scott took Mya and Kristin out for lunch after Mya meet some of Scott’s co-workers and boss.
Mya took a trip to see mommy’s work today. She slept the majority of the time, but met some of the people Kristin works with. She was mommy’s “special delivery.”
For Adam:
Mya had a fun-filled day of visiting today. She went to visit her Great grandma Julius and they enjoyed lunch together at the Olive Garden. Later, they stopped by to visit Mya’s Great-great Aunt Treva.
Kristin and Mya then headed over to visit Eileen, who had yet to meet Mya. Then they visited with AJ and his family, before making one last visit with Grandma Glatfelter. Today was the longest amount of time Mya was awake during the day.
